A bit about me—I played varsity hockey and lacrosse at St. John’s Prep, making both teams as a freshman. After high school, I transitioned into powerlifting, hitting milestones like squatting 315 for 15 reps and deadlifting five plates. My hockey journey continued at the collegiate level, where I played ACHA D1 and even had the opportunity to compete in NCAA D1 games while attending Grand Canyon University.

Beyond athletics, I developed a deep passion for holistic health, focusing on nutrient-dense foods and natural methods to optimize performance and well-being. My experiences on the ice and in the gym have taught me the importance of discipline, resilience, and the power of a well-structured fitness and nutrition plan.
